Technical & Creative Maintenance Packages

Changes happen, and web and print media must be updated and maintained…we understand and have created an affordable and efficient way for you to keep your marketing up to date AND allow your to enhance you brand (design), make fixes, update content, and even add functionality.

Common Uses:

  • Training in WordPress CMS and other web applications such as email software, etc.
  • Updating CMS, security updates, widget and plug in updates, server software, etc.
  • Revising / enhancing print media
  • Animating your website logo
  • Re-designing landing pages, blogs, and sub pages with new “calls to actions”, social marketing tools, and 2.0 styles.
  • Enhancing new web pages you’ve created in your CMS that need an artist’s touch or extra marketing focus
  • Refreshing your home page design to “stay with the times”
  • Giving a tired PPT an updated look to impress customers
  • Adding Video or presentations
  • Technical support for “bugs”, errors and issues that occur all around the internet on a daily basis
  • Web development, hosting or application issues

Technical & Creative Monthly Support Packages

Most clients have the need for advanced updates and technical support throughout the year. Additionally graphic design for online and offline media is also needed to further enhance your brand image and attract customers. With this is mind we have the following monthly support packages:

  • gearLight Support Pack– $50 per month (*12 month minimum)…. Creative and technical support for small businesses with a few changes/updates per month. Not to exceed 3 hours in any given month.
  • Pro Support Pack–$90 per month (*12 month minimum)… Creative and technical support for small businesses with a moderate amounts of changes/updates per month. Not to exceed 6 hours in any given month.
  • Advanced Support Pack–$175 per month (*12 month minimum)… Creative and technical support for small businesses with moderate amounts of changes/updates per month. Not to exceed 12 hours in any given month.

Note: *Time in not stackable. Rates are based on average usage over the term so we can offer a discounted monthly rate.

Bulk hour & a-la-cart Support/Maintenance Packages:

  • cartPackage of 50 hours @ $45 per hour
  • Package of 100 hours @$35 per
  • Package of 300 hours @$25 per
  • A la cart: $65 per hour two hour minimum. If something is going to take more than two hours we will stop at 2 hours and give you an estimate. (Estimating time itself is a time consuming activity, and will be added into your total time billed)
  • Note:These packages must be used within 18 months, and are not refundable.

Terms of Technical Support

  1. If the support issue is determined by our team to be a programming or other such error caused by Pixel Junkie, you will not be billed for this service.
  2. If the support issue is determined by our team to be caused by improper use of a Content Management System or improper handling of the website code NOT caused by our team, your company will be billed for all time related to investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of this issue.
  3. If the cause of the issue is unknown, your company will be billed for all time related to the investigation, troubleshooting, and resolution of the issue.
  4. For bulk hour packages only: Due to the total time needed for task management, the minimum billable time for any task is 1 hour. After the initial hour, time is billed in 30 min increments. Your project’s research and investigation time minimum is automatically figured into all projects as 20% of total time. (Industry standard)
  5. We strongly recommend that all clients maintain a support package in order to receive our lowest rates on the support and maintenance that you will likely need on an ongoing basis.

*We require a 50% payment to secure the bulk hour packages and the balance is billed upon usage above and beyond the initial payment. Monthly plans are billed quarterly, one quarter in advance.
